The inn has stood on the Au-Kuppe since 1865 and was a well-known “Home & Kur-Anstalt” around 1900.
The Art Nouveau elements in the restaurant most likely date from this time.
When we refreshed the restaurant, we built on the historical breeding ground and combined the old with the new. This mix gives the Au restaurant an individual character.
